Delete your MOVA account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open MOVA and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Cannot get into the app?

Email us from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account: contact us. We will do it within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, mobile number, address and email address, and any messages stored in the app.
• Your saved offers and registered devices for notifications.

What is kept

A record that a stamp or reward was given at a café is kept without your name, so the café's totals stay correct. It cannot be linked back to you. Cafés you own go offline until our team reviews them.
