Privacy notice

What we collect

• Account: your name, email address and mobile number, and your address if you choose to give it.
• Activity: the cafés where you collect stamps, when, and the rewards you claim.
• Location: your phone's position, only while you use the app, to show cafés near you. We do not store it.

Who can see it

• A café you collect stamps at can see your name, email, mobile number, your stamps and rewards at that café, and your visit dates. It cannot see your address or your activity at other cafés.
• If you leave "offers" switched on, those cafés may message you about offers. You can turn this off any time in the app.
• MOVA administrators can see account details to run the service and keep it safe.

Why

To run the stamp cards, show nearby cafés, let cafés reward regulars, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data.

Keeping it and deleting it

You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete my account), or follow the steps on our delete account page. Your personal details are removed. A record that a stamp was given is kept without your name, so café stamp totals stay accurate.
